Bergamot Herb (Monarda) – Immune, Respiratory & Emotional Support
Bergamot Herb (Monarda fistulosa), also called Bee Balm or Wild Bergamot, is a fragrant, antimicrobial powerhouse traditionally used by Indigenous and folk healers to support the respiratory system, ease digestion, and uplift the emotions.
Its natural antiviral and antibacterial properties make it a go-to herb during seasonal colds and flus, and its calming aroma is known to help soothe stress and anxiety.
Unlike the citrus bergamot used in Earl Grey tea, this Bergamot is a North American flowering herb in the mint family. With notes of oregano and thyme, it brings warmth and clarity to the body and mind.
