Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) has been revered in Ayurvedic herbal traditions for thousands of years and is often called “the king of herbs.” These carefully dried Haritaki fruit pieces have been traditionally used in herbal practices focused on digestion, balance, and overall vitality.
